New features inlcude : Increased scalability aggregating pools of esources for private and public clouds. New memory management capabilities, VMware vMotion™ enhancements, new network and storage I/O controls.

All proliant G7 servers support VMware 4.1
ProLiant G6 servers that were certified for Vsphere 4.0 (ESX/ESXi) automatically qualify for 4.1.

All HP storage products certified with vSphere 4.0 are certified with vSphere 4.1.

New iLO3 Remote Management - iLO 3 management brings a new level of management to iLO users. The result is the ability to get work done faster.
