Would you like to learn more about HP service offerings?HP is running an event called HP Technology Services Clinic. Its aim is to provide you with a clear overview of HP's key Technology Services.
The Clinic will include sessions on five areas of the portfolio, each being repeated on the hour starting at 10.00am. Numbers are be limited at each session, so please register now to select your preferred time slot per portfolio topic. The last session will begin at 3.00pm. Lunch will be available at 1.00pm where the portfolio team will be able to answer questions specific to your customers.
The sessions will be as follows:
Session 1: Mission Critical - Proactive Care
Proactive Care is our new service created to address the changing needs of our customers. Understand what it comprises of; where it sits within the Mission Critical portfolio and the benefits of selling the service
Session 2: Third Party Maintenance
Understand why you would even consider using a Third Party Maintainer to support HP products; and understand as an OEM, how HP supports its own Technology
Session 3: HP Networking
An open Q&A session for anybody requiring more information on selling HP support services associated with HP Networking
Session 4: Lifecycle Services - Data Centre Services
Review of key services within the Lifecycle services portfolio to understand how they complement the Partners existing offerings
Session 5: Customer Asset Programme
Understand what the Programme is and how it will benefit your customers.
When and where is the TS Clinic to be held?
The TS Clinic will be held on Thursday 19th April at 9.30am.
